Playing at home, our Mosman 5th fell to Penrith 5th on a day to learn from.
We made 5/139, while Penrith 5th made 3/140. Credit to Frederick Bell, who made a half-century (86) for our opponents. Our best with the ball was Jamison Veitch, who took two for 19.
Sam Wright brought up a polished half-century, finishing with 53 off 44 balls. Fergus Kenyon also got among the runs with 26 off 13 balls.
There were some good individual efforts to build on. We'll go again.
