It was a satisfying day for our Mosman Poidevin-Gray Shield, who accounted for Sutherland with a performance to be proud of.
After batting first, we finished on 176 from 50 overs. William Allen's 35 off 49 balls was the highlight with the bat. Credit to Kobey Freer, who took three for 27 for Sutherland.
The hosts were all out for 161 in 46.1 overs in reply. Our opponents' best was a half-century from Lachlan M Ritchie, who made 55. Joshua Malone was the pick of the bowlers, taking four for 20 off ten overs.
The runs on the board proved more than enough. It's three wins on the bounce.
Onwards and upwards.
