On Saturday, our Mosman Men's Kingsgrove Sports T20 prevailed over Fairfield-Liverpool T20 with Will Adlam leading the way.
We batted first and finished with 4/182 on the board from 20 overs. Will Adlam posted a half-century, making 79 off 49 balls with seven fours and five sixes. Angus Tesoriero brought up a good half-century, finishing with 63 not out off 46 balls. Jai Long was the best of Fairfield-Liverpool T20's bowlers, finishing with three for 22.
Needing 183, the visitors finished on 8/166 from 20 overs. Nick Carruthers posted 58 for our opponents, a polished fifty. Naden Cooray was the pick of our bowlers with two for 18. Shehan Sinnetamby weighed in with two for 19 off four overs.
It was an excellent all-round effort, with contributions from right through the line-up. Congratulations to the boys on a brilliant result.
