Despite a solid effort, our Mosman CC were unable to stop St George.
In terms of totals, it was Mosman CC 10/131 and St George 4/143. Ned McCarney made a valuable 47 off 73 balls. Atharva Katkar contributed 29 off 55 balls. For our opponents, Franklin Yenson took four for 28 off 10.3 overs.
Our best with the ball was McCarney, who took two for 28. Oliver Mag made a classy 61 for the hosts, a well-deserved half-century. Paul Francis remained unbeaten on 35 for our opponents.
Plenty to take out of this one.
It's been a tough run, and we'll be working hard to turn it around. Back to the nets, and on to the next one.
